There are many cures for procrastination. One I know as very affective is the time boxing method.
If something is hard, just spare 1 - 5 - 10 - 20 minutes on it. If you don't feel like working out, do just one push up. If you don't feel like writing, just write one sentence.
Sometimes, that is all there is to unblock your creativity and help you keep going.
