Getting better in saying, no

Many people have the issue of wasting their time with “guilty” pleasures.

For me, that is politics, and I observe the political changes carefully.

But what I realize is that the politics is such a slow game and things don’t drastically change month by month, if the system is very stable.

This means that the time I am investing is actually a waste.

What I want to do over the long term is to say no to too much information and yes, to more actions.
