Already 20 days during the year, I am proud to keep the momentum with one blog post per day.

What I learned about this experience is that you need to sacrifice one thing to gain another thing.

Let me paint this picture, to get lean you must stop eating sweets.

Sweets give you this nice feeling, but also they are bad for your goals.

When you want to achieve something new, think about what are you willing to sacrifice.
