New opportunities

Company needs to adjust to the market conditions.

But many don’t and thus fail. Who’s the fault? The management who didn’t see the threat or to the employees who were not innovative enough?

The fault is infinitely on the management side.

This shows the risk of having the wrong culture in place.

And the bigger the company is, the harder to change the culture it is.

But if the management doesn’t change the culture, there is no way to get new opportunities and save the company.
