Identification of a bad habit

A habit is “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.”.

What if you have a bad regular practices? Then this would lead to bad health and a bad life.

But how would you know if you indeed have such tendencies??

Well, you need to measure where you want to go in life and establish routines that will work for you.

Only by measuring your health, your vitality and other parameters you will know if you are heading in the right direction.
