Working in silos part 2

Companies try to increase the interactions in the office and promote collaboration. But the reality is that work will always take priority.

If you want to encourage cross team interaction, organize something extra ordinary, organize event outside of the work environment and provide this opportunity to your employees.

I have seen it many times, and it works.

Sadly, companies prefer to introduce policies and punishments instead of doing the thing that is a common sense.
