Being unique vs being part of the crowd

Being unique is scary. You risk a lot; you expose yourself to people that may not understand you or care about your vision, ideas, and behavior. Have you ever thought about morphing into becoming part of the crowd? Then you are replaceable. You become one piece that anyone can replace at any time.

I have seen people who lost their job, and it was hard for them to find a new one because they were replaceable. So yes, showing your uniqueness is hard, but being replaced and not having a new opportunity is an even harder and riskier bet.
