Boring day

 I have a friend who wants to leave the company she works for. And the reason is that the environment becomes boring and some of the best team members left for a different company.

Sometimes, this is the right decision. So the management needs to provide initiative for the people who stay to redefine the work environment by doing so to attract fresh new potential to the company.
