Taking a break

 I got a huge list of things to do today, and I did none of them. Sometimes we really need to take a break and re-think about our busy culture.

I still struggle with that, but working on batching activities and prioritizing self-care.

I know people who got burnout in the past and I was also a victim of this phenomenon and the last thing on my mind is to end up in this trap again.
