A lazy day

Today I did a midday nap, and it felt amazing. I am not sure if because of my high intensive workouts or something else, like the autumn weather, but I am not in my lack of motivation phase and I need to take it a little bit slow.

If your body is showing you need a rest, it is better to rest than to push yourself to the limit and be unproductive and tired.

A lot of time, we are way too hard on ourselves than we should be. Another tactic is to start small. For example, if you are not used to do 20 pushups, you start with only 1 per day and every week you increase it. This will give you the resilience to continue with your goals and to progress faster than if you had just tried to push yourself.

To forget is the ultimate sign of lack of focus. You need to focus on what you do to be able to achieve the next level.

The domain x.com pointed yesterday to a page with one character “X”. Today it redirects to the twitter domain and soon we might see the dead of the bird and the birth of the symbol “X”. This change will be followed carefully and we can all learn from the mistakes Elon Musk will do during this transition. He already is very famous with the mistakes he did during his first weeks in the company. Can the company survive such a transformation is another open question? There are already some competitors like Mastodon and Instagram very own Threads. But the vision of Elon Musk is to turn this app more like WeChat, the Chinese mega app that combines many features. The issue with such a combination of too many businesses and too many regulations might play a crucial role in the downfall of the company. Many times s
