One way to generate startup ideas is to start with what you and your team are good/experts at and find problems you can contribute to and solve. The advantage of this approach is that you can quickly find solutions to those problems and scale fast.
On the contrary, if you try to solve problem you are not an expert in, it is better to find a co-founder who is an expert in that field.
