End of the month update

 Update from November.

I reached my ideal weight. Hooray. 

Honestly, when I started this journey, I had 10kg higher weight. I was eating a lot and didn't move so much, because I hurt my hand 6 months ago.

Now, I am going to the gym regularly and I achieved something that seemed impossible, and I'm proud of.

This is an example of the power of the good habits and how we and only we are responsible for creating our reality.
